The rates quoted above are per room/unit per night, plus applicable Vermont state meals and room tax and a 10% service/ housekeeping charge. Rates quoted are based on single or double occupancy per room / bedroom, additional persons in the rooms are $20 per person per night, plus applicable tax/service.
A one-night deposit per room will be required at the time the reservation is made, with the balance due upon check-in. There is a $50 cancellation fee for reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
Room block to be held until January 4, 2008. After that date reservations may be made on a "space available basis".
