This new venue, brings everything under one roof, adding excitement, variety and friendly commaraderie to an already great show. Reps and Retailers from throughout the mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions will find a variety of restaurant options in and around the hotel along with a confortable in-house exhibit area.
SHOW HOURS:
Monday, January 7 9 am – 6 pm
Tuesday, January 8 9 am – 6 pm
Wednesday, January 9 9 am – 6 pm
Thursday, January 10 9 am - 5 pm
The exhibit hall will be open to reps from 8am to 7pm for early and late appointments on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
Show hall will close promptly at 7 pm each evening.
Be sure to make and confirm all appointments with your rep.
REGISTRATION FEE & DEADLINE:
Pre-registration Fee: No Charge
Pre-registration Deadline: Thursday, December 20th.
On-Site Fee: $10 per person plus proper credentials
Business credentials required for all On-Site Registration. (Personalized business card printed with shop name and your name or copy of your current business license.)

FOOD SERVICE: A varietly of food options can be found on the second floor of the hotel ... Spice Road ... There you will find individual food options such as … White House Sub Shop; Panda Express; Star Bucks; Burger and other “fast food” options. The hotel also has several well-know restaurants located throughout the hotel.
PARKING: $5 Self-Park ... $15 Valet Parking

Rate: $69 + tax per room, per night (single or double) Sunday - Thursday
You may upgrade your room to the NEWLY RENOVATED Chariman Towers (all with waterview) for NO ADDITIONAL FEE as long as the reservation is made prior to December 16, 2012. Reservations made afater 12/16 will be based on availability and an additional $20 per night for the upgrade.
Note: Saturday's (1/5/13) room rate is $225.

There is a 48 hour cancellations policy. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours in advance of arrival date will be charged one night's room rate.
